I didn’t realise I did so much diving in April until I had to go over the months footage. From swimming with a Great White to big Snapper and an active volcano, it was a hell of a good time! Check it out below
Sheeesh what a great time! As I rebuild this series I will be dropping the regular episodes as per normal. Find out more about the new series here.
An inflatable boat with a hole in it is useless as tits on a bull so in our efforts to put as much Thundercat related info out there we kicked off a tutorial series with a Hull Repair video. There’s no Bull or tits in this, just a solid tutorial about fixing your inflatable boat.
If you’re ahead of schedule then you’ll already be up to date with the other tutorials online. If not then get along to my YouTube channel here.
March is a beautiful time of year. The weather is usually somewhat settled, the holiday crowds are gone and the water warm. Do I really need to say more? Peep the latest episode below!
What a month it was. As I rebuild this series I will be dropping the regular episodes as per normal. Find out more about the new series here.
Well not quite dead but it’s been dying for a long time now.
I’m not particularly excited to make a TV show. I am however quite excited on the internet platform. Mainly because of the creative freedom and the pick and choose nature of it.
Right so to cut to the chase I feel you should watch the video first!
Right so if you’re into the outdoors or know someone who is then get in touch. I’ve already started filming so it’s underway. I want variety, action and good times. This is a really good opportunity for someone who wants to cross promote their platform or just want to see how much of a pain in the ass it is to film everything haha.
Please share this around if it sounds like a bit of you!
If you want to get in touch then email me sam@oxsenterprises.com or one of the other hundred ways to contact me.
I’m writing this blog post from my van in the middle of a Winter storm looking at an edit from the height of Summer and all it’s goodness. Sigh.
Check it below!
If you watch the entire clip you will have seen the small announcement. I will be rebuilding it and I want to showcase rad people doing their thing so stay tuned (or get in touch)!
Early March and the Thundercat circus was on the road again, this time to the Naki. More specifically Oakura.
With only four teams in attendance, the title already won and a long drive the meant for tight racing and a great crew of people. The video came out great and I feel is my best work yet, it’s now the second most viewed Thundercat video I’ve made! Check it
Pics please
Think Ladder finished the season third after a hard fought battle with Protech on the day
Second place for the Nationals and some clean racing all season. Protech!
Waikato flying as usual for the top spot in this years Nationals!
Mike & Mike from AMC were there and putting on a show as usual
A huge thanks to an awesome bunch of people!
That’s it for the all the Nationals coverage. The off season will be filled with lots of information sharing and working our way towards next year!
How do you fit spearfishing, Thundercats, surfing, skimboarding, van life adventures and a Great White shark into one video?
Firstly assign yourself to spending absolutely hours sitting in front of a computer. Once you’ve sorted that then get to work. Work I did and here is the result
I struggled a little bit with this episode as there was just so much content and I’m looking at a little change to the series too!
Ahh yes a new Long Haul! Would someone get lost? Would everyone have enough fuel? How many birds would get run over? This course had never been run before and with a creative approach to the coverage I feel we did the race justice! Find it all in the video below
How’s that weather though!

You all know where we’re going?
Target
McReddy was strong
Just like round 5 I was stoked to have an event at home with perfect weather and smiles all round.
When it comes to event and team bias, this was my event. Having spent almost my entire life living at Omaha, I was stoked to have a couple of events here. Think Ladder, the hometown team and second place sitters, were looking strong too.
The sun was out, it was hot, the water clear but the tiny swell meant to close racing. Check all the action in the video below
As always, here the event in pictures
Go time!
How’s the weather?
Close fast racing was the order of the day
It was flat but it was fast!
Thanks to the local crowd, you were brilliant!
Although it’s looking like we won’t be making a return to Omaha for next years Nationals, I’m hoping for a club event!
